Position: Content Acquisition Specialist

Type of Position: Remote, Commission-Based

Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting Productions:

   • Identify and recruit potential TV shows, movies, documentaries, and reality shows suitable for Orgen TV's audience and brand.

   • Network with producers, directors, and content creators to explore new content opportunities.

   • Evaluate scripts and pitches, and provide constructive feedback.

2. Negotiation and Contracting:

   • Negotiate terms and contracts with production teams and creators.

   • Work closely with the legal team to ensure contracts align with company policies.

3. Market Research:

   • Conduct market research to understand current trends in television and streaming content.

   • Analyze viewer preferences and feedback to inform recruitment strategies.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

   • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and creative teams to align content recruitment with company objectives.

   • Coordinate with the programming team to schedule and promote new content.

Qualifications:

• Experience in content production.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Good understanding of the current media landscape and viewer preferences.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Compensation:

• Commission-based, with earnings tied to the success of the projects commissioned.
